Duration:
02 DAYS/ 01 NIGHT

Sense the warmth of this port city that gave its name to Peru's national beverage, the Pisco Sour. Pisco is a forceful stop for those visiting Paracas, the only marine area protected in Peru. This bay is the refuge for diverse species such as sea lions, penguins, whales, dolphins and hundreds of resident and migratory seabirds.

You will have the chance of watching the incredible beauty of this Reserve from the sea and the beach on this trip, and you will learn a bit more about one of the most important pre-Inca civilisations, the Paracas Culture, whilst at the same time you will feel relaxed surrounded by this wonderful natural setting.

On the boat trip over to the Islands, the famous "Candelabro" can be seen, an enigmatic drawing that many people believe is related to the Nazca lines, while others think it is a representation of the Southern Cross Constellation, or a stylized drawing of a cactus that was used by high Inca and pre-Inca priests as an hallucinogen. After taking pictures of the Sea lions, Seals and Seabird rookeries we return to Pisco. Transfer to bus station and return to Lima.
